Why it exists

The mod my friend wanted didn't work on our server, so I wrote one. The bar shows up over the mob you look at or hit, turns from green to yellow to red, and fades on its own. Each player sets it up with /barra.

The first version kept the bar on all the time and had plenty of bugs, but it sort of worked and she liked it. Today's version only uses the stable Script API, so it survived the 1.26.30 update that broke the Oracle, and it doesn't litter the world: once the bar goes away, the mob gets its name back.
